All online orders are normally packed and shipped the same day (or next business day) from our studio in Kelowna, BC.
Within Canada
- Flat-rate trackable standard shipping is $10 CAD (5-8 business days)
- Free trackable standard shipping on orders over $250 CAD (5-8 business days)
- Flat-rate trackable express shipping is $25 CAD (3-5 business days)
- Flat-rate trackable express shipping is $15 CAD on orders over $250 CAD (3-5 business days)
- Orders normally ship the same day of purchase; you’ll receive a tracking email once dispatched.
Local Pickup
- Free in-store pickup is available at our studio in Kelowna.
- You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
United States of America
- Flat-rate standard shipping is $30 CAD
- Orders normally ship the same day (or next business day); you'll receive a tracking email once dispatched.
- Delivery timelines typically range from 7–10 business days depending on location.
- U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees charged upon delivery.
International Orders
- For international shipping inquiries, please email hello@eclettica.store for a quote.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import fees charged by their country of residence.
Orders refused at delivery are subject to return shipping fees, original shipping costs, and any customs, duty, tariff, or brokerage charges incurred upon return. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and final sale items remain final sale if delivery is refused.
